  • How do those, who are veteran storytellers, minimize the risk of sharing misinformation?

The veteran storytellers did not experience what happened so that their information might be at risk. People tend to tell the story a little bit differently from time to time. This is how it likely to be that a movie is talking about the true story that happened before. However, without the actual experience. The information might be different. One way that I can think of to minimize the risk in sharing misinformation is that when telling a story by asking the people who experienced it. It is very important. And expand the PLN with reliable resources can also lower the risk of sharing misinformation.

Great post! I agree with using online tools to switch shifts between workers. It becomes beneficial when one can post in a groupchat for a shift to be covered rather than texting or calling everyone individually. If you ran a company, would you provide more online tools? or keep it to the staff?

I enjoyed reading your post this week! I related to the point you made about how employees may not be able to talk freely on online tools provided by the employer, I also had a point relating to this on my post. I talked about how employees (like myself) often hold themselves back because they want to maintain a professional presence and therefore you have to restrict your true self. Curiously speaking, do you think there is a way, where us the employees could communicate “more freely” on those online tools, or do you think professionalism has to be maintained event though it is suppose to be a community environment where we are suppose to interact with each other?

          Hello
I would love to see people have the same point with me . It is true that when the community becomes with the work area and we have to be restrict to ourselves. I think without the management team. The employees could communicate “more freely ” with the online tools ! People always will be strict to themselves when it comes to the working area and to their mangers.
